Following the launch of registration for the UCI Gran Fondo World Series (GFWS) Hainan, we have received overwhelming feedback from cycling enthusiasts. Many newcomers and riders who wish to experience the legendary "Queen Stage" in Wuzhishan but are concerned about the long-distance challenge have expressed a desire for more accessible race options.

In response to this enthusiasm and to cater to cyclists of all ages and skill levels, MINIFONDO and MEDIOFONDO categories will be added to the UCI GFWS Hainan – Wuzhishan Rainforest Cycling Challenge.

MINIFONDO (Fun Ride): 12–65 years old

MEDIOFONDO (Half Distance):

Men’s Elite: 16–40 years old

Men’s Open: 41–65 years old

Women’s Group: 16–65 years old

MINIFONDO Route:
San Yue San Square – Shanlan Road – Guoxing Road – March 3rd Avenue – Changnan Line – Nanshui Road – Hebei East Road – March 3rd Avenue – Guoxing Road – Shanlan Road – San Yue San Square (Total: 18 km)

MEDIOFONDO Route:
San Yue San Square – Shanlan Road – Guoxing Road – March 3rd Avenue – G224 – Changnan Line – Nanshui Road – Maona Village

Ⅴ. Eligibility:

Open to all healthy cycling enthusiasts engaged in regular physical exercise, regardless of nationality or residence.

Minors must provide guardian consent. All participants assume responsibility for their own health and safety.

Ⅵ. Registration:

1.Deadline: December 4, 12:00 PM (early closure if slots are filled)

2.Refund Policy:

50% refund if canceled before November 20, 23:59

No refunds after November 21
