Accidental Medical Compensation: Insurance coverage of RMB 20,000. If you are unfortunately injured, we will cover your necessary and reasonable medical expenses to help you recover without worries.

Report the claim by phone: File a claim via R&Z Insurance's official customer service hotline 95300 or the dedicated officer's phone number.
Submit documents: Submit relevant materials (such as medical records, expense lists, etc.) as required.
Rapid review: Handled by a dedicated person for quick review.

Note: If you have already purchased the R&Z UCI Gran Fondo World Series Hainan Station Participant Accident Insurance, there is no need to re-verify the insurance during on-site check-in. Otherwise, you need to provide a valid insurance certificate within the territory of China.
