Booking Instructions

1. The package includes: transfer services for personnel, luggage and bicycles from Danzhou to Wuzhishan.

2. Applicable reservation: Those who have not chosen the four-day and three-night "accommodation + transfer" package and those who have completed the first leg of the Lingao - Danzhou Yangpu event and the second leg of the Yangpu individual time trial and need to transfer to Wuzhishan.

3. After purchasing the transfer service, if you fail to take the transfer bus or use the bicycle transfer service due to personal reasons, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver of your rights, and the relevant fees will not be refunded.

4. Luggage Specifications: The weight of luggage is limited to within 20kg. There is no size limit for bicycles. The organizing committee can assist with disassembly and assembly. If bicycle transportation requires packaging box service, it will be processed on-site at the event for $18.5 per set. The packaging materials can be reused and are suitable for air consignment.

5. The time, location and destination of the transfer vehicle shall be subject to the official notice of the organizing committee.

6. Refund Policy: If you submit a refund application before November 15th, the remaining amount after deducting the handling fee will be returned to your original payment method. No cancellation applications will be accepted after November 15th.

7. Refund Process: Send an email to ucigranfondohainan@qq.com, clearly stating your "booking number, name, and reason for cancellation".
