【Travel from Haikou Meilan International Airport to Competition Venues】
I. Arriving in Lingao or Danzhou (Yangpu) by High-Speed Rail
After arriving at Haikou Meilan International Airport, athletes participating in the Lingao - Danzhou (Yangpu) Road Race and Yangpu Individual Time Trial can take the high-speed rail from Meilan Airport High-Speed Rail Station to either Lingao South Station or Baimajing Station (Danzhou), and then take a taxi to their accommodation hotels.
Step 1: From Haikou Meilan International Airport to Meilan
1. Airport High-Speed Rail Station Athletes arriving at Terminal T1 can take the escalator next to Exit 2 of the Arrival Hall to go downstairs, pass through the underground passage, and walk straight for about 300 meters to reach Meilan Airport High-Speed Rail Station. Those arriving at Terminal T2 of Meilan Airport can go to the High-Speed Rail Passage on the Basement 1 (B1) floor of Terminal T2 and walk to Meilan Airport High-Speed Rail Station. There is a "One-Stop Service Center for Foreign Guests" on the first floor of Terminal T2, which provides services such as currency exchange and communication service handling.

3. The business hours of the waiting hall at Meilan Airport High-Speed Rail Station are 06:20-23:50; the business hours of the automatic ticket office are 7:40-23:30.
4. When athletes take bicycles on the high-speed rail, the bicycles must be placed in bike bags, and the sum of the external length, width and height shall not exceed 130 cm. If the size exceeds the limit, please call the logistics customer service at 18976615413 (English service available).
Step 2: How Foreign Nationals Purchase High-Speed Rail Tickets
Visit the official website www.12306.cn/en/, enter the "Ticket Booking" section to search and make reservations. Foreign nationals should register with their passport numbers, and the name used for registration must be exactly the same as that on the passport. After selecting the train and seat and completing the online payment, they can take the high-speed rail with their passports.
Step 3: Selecting the Destination Station
Meilan Airport Station (Haikou) to Lingao South Station: The whole journey takes about 55 minutes.
Meilan Airport Station (Haikou) to Baimajing Station: The whole journey takes about 80 minutes.
II. Arriving in Lingao, Danzhou (Yangpu) or Wuzhishan by Bus
1. Haikou Meilan International Airport has bus routes to various cities on the island. After arriving at the airport, if you need to take a bus, please call the customer service hotline at 13307586126 (English service available) and go to the boarding location as instructed by the customer service staff.
2. If there are a large number of people or special needs, you can make an appointment with the customer service in advance through the official website, inform them of the number of people, luggage size, bicycles and other specific information, and the event organizing committee will arrange appropriate vehicles and personnel to provide airport pick-up service.

After arriving at Sanya Phoenix International Airport, athletes participating in the Lingao - Danzhou (Yangpu) Road Race and Yangpu Individual Time Trial can take the high-speed rail from Sanya Phoenix Airport High-Speed Rail Station to either Lingao South Station or Baimajing Station (Danzhou).
Step 1: From Sanya Phoenix International Airport to Sanya Phoenix Airport High-Speed Rail Station
1. After arriving at Sanya Phoenix International Airport, walk right from the exit of the International Arrival Hall for about 5 minutes to reach the 2nd floor of Terminal T1, and then go through the corridor bridge passage to reach Sanya Phoenix Airport High-Speed Rail Station.
2. Sanya Phoenix International Airport has an information desk. Step 2: Selecting the Destination Station
Sanya Phoenix Airport High-Speed Rail Station to Lingao South Station: The whole journey takes about 130 minutes.
Sanya Phoenix Airport High-Speed Rail Station to Baimajing Station: The whole journey takes about 100 minutes.
II. Arriving in Lingao, Danzhou (Yangpu) or Wuzhishan by Bus
1. Sanya Phoenix International Airport has buses to various cities on the island. 【Transit During the Event】
1. For athletes participating in the Lingao - Danzhou (Yangpu) Road Race and Yangpu Individual Time Trial, the event organizing committee will uniformly provide luggage storage and transfer services.
2. Athletes and accompanying personnel who have not booked the "Accommodation + Transit" package can book the transit service for bicycles, luggage and personnel from Danzhou (Yangpu) to Wuzhishan on the event official website.
【How to Return?】
When registering for the event, athletes are required to fill in the Return Travel Information Form. After the event, the event organizing committee will arrange appropriate vehicles to transport athletes back to Haikou or Sanya for a fee based on the actual needs of the athletes.
